Opposition leader Simon Busuttil today presented eight files of documents to the court claiming they provided more evidence against Keith Schembri, the Prime Minister’s Chief of Staff.
Simon Busuttil was critical of the Police Commissioner alleging that he had known
about this evidence for months and had done nothing about it.
The Nationalist Party leader said it was clear case of bribes and money laundering.
Prime Minister Joseph Muscat said this latest move by the opposition was nothing more than delaying tactics to slow the outcome of the Egrant allegations.
