Hibs v Salzburg: David and Goliath says coach

Hibernians take on Red Bull Salzburg in the second qualifying round of the Champions League on Tuesday.

Hibs coach Mark Miller described the game as David versus Goliath but added that his players were ready and eager to face their Austrian opponents. He said he watched Salzburg last week and admitted they were at a different level.

Miller spoke confidently about  his players saying they had already done the club and Malta proud with their two wins in the first round of qualifiers.

Salzburg coach Marco Rose told journalists that his players must remain focused.

The heat should not be a problem he said but Hibernians do have some very good players.

When asked if he would be under pressure if Salzburg do not win on Tuesday, he said pressure is part of the game.

The match kicks off at 8.30pm at the Hibernians Stadium.
