Sergio Aguero came off the bench to score a late winner to give Manchester City a 2-1 victory against Bristol City in the first leg of their EFL Cup semi-final.
The Championship side took the game to the Premier league leaders and deserved to go in front when Reid slotted home a first half penalty after being chopped down in the box by Stones.
De Bruyne levelled for City shortly after the restart and Substitute Aguero saved City’s unbeaten run with a late strike.
The return leg is at Ashton Gate on 23 January.
Chelsea and Arsenal meet tonight in the other semi-final.
